Listening to You
You can’t truly feel free if your voice is suppressed. We take time to listen to all our patients. If you have fears or concerns, please let us know! Don’t be afraid to share them. If there’s something we can do to make you feel more comfortable, don’t hesitate to ask. If you tell us you’re nervous or if we detect you’re afraid, we won’t do anything until we know you’re completely comfortable. For some, that means just sharing some kind words, getting to know you, or reassuring you we aren’t here to judge you. For others, it means explaining what your procedure will look like, step by step. Still, it might mean not telling you any specifics if that’s what you want. If we doing any treatment, we’ll make sure to get all your feedback first. We’ll never perform a procedure until you’ve decided it’s what you want.Providing Exceptional Dentistry
Some people tell us they’re afraid of the dentist because they’ve had bad dental work done in the past. Some of them have even come to see our Lewisville dentists because they need their smiles fixed. We provide high-quality treatments, so that’s not a fear in our office. Our state-of-the-art materials and tools, like our CEREC machine, give you results to feel confident about. And so do our highly trained dentists. For example, Dr. Shirley Mathew is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), a testament to her ability to offer exceptional care. Not even 1 percent of general dentists have earned fellowship or mastership recognition with the AGD. You can expect a collaborative process to get your smile looking just the way you want. We want to make sure you are happy with your smile for years to come.Providing Amenities to Relieve Dental Fear
